Overall it was great-sized with a view. The location was handy and excellent and a minute walk from a tube station.
-
Andy
A nice size unit with a view. Incredible very central location, near the vatican and beyond. A wide range of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

John
Clean and gorgeous hotel with handy and incredible location on the outskirts of central Rome, just what I needed. The breakfast was free and good with crossiants, jams and good coffee and the restaurant food was reasonably priced!

Nice, clean room. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.
It's quite a walk from the Termini if you don't come from the airport. The airport platform is only a 10 minute walk though.

A reasonable budget hotel
It's not 5 minutes walk from metro station. You need at least 10 (depending how fast you walk).

Perfect location in Esquilino district, close to Termini train/bus station, local eateries, and a subway stop. Willing to recommend a nice restaurant.

Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Small and friendly 'boutique' style hotel.
Breakfast was very basic. Advertised as internet available in all rooms but this was not so. Road noise was a problem in my room, others may have been quiet.

The hotel is small, with standard facilities. It's well-maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and ready to assist you with all your questions about the hotel or the city. It's located near the central train station of Rome (Termini), walking distance (but not with heavy suitcases), but can also be reached by tramway or bus and vice versa. The Termini station can easily be reached from the main attractions in the center and from the airport, so it's a good location for a city trip. Simple breakfast but with plenty of good coffee (and tea).
Breakfast was included in the price of the room but offered only sweet things, no cheese i.e.. But with plenty of good coffee, who cares? Streets around the hotel are noisy so sleeping with an open window can be a problem, but as almost every street in Rome is noisy, this would be a problem in most hotels. There is airconditioning in the room so it wouldn't be necessary anyway to sleep with an open window. Wi-Fi is offered but only in the lobby and paid.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, close to Spagna, tram, bus, and train. Free breakfast with vegan options, cereals, and a variety of sweets. - Reasonably priced food at the restaurant. Overall, the Hotel Principe Di Piemonte in Rome is a great choice for those looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel with delicious breakfast options and affordable dining on-site. the central location near various transportation options makes it easy to explore the city, with nearby attractions like Botaniko adding to the charm of the area.

Excellent staff 24/7, friendly, competent, helpful; the room-is a small, but adequate surface on all necessary things, moreover very clean, excellent aircondition, in the room are all necessary things, i.e.: towels, cosmetics, refrigerator, safety deposit box, wardrobe with hangers, shower, comfortable beds, large window with a very good wrap (protecting from the sun in the morning); in addition, excellent location-2 minutes to tram and bus, 10 minutes to termini station, walking distance to coloseum
in the morning a little too noisy in rooms from street

Very clean hotel, attentive staff. Location: not far from Termini station: 10-15 minutes walk, unfortunately it is not very comfortable with a roll-aboard suitcase (relief sidewalk). But : from here You can go on foot to the Colosseum, Capitol, and other places of interest! Room 303 was very nice, with balcony (two chairs, table, flowers on it). View from balcony will let You see everyday life of Italians.
Everything was OK, but I would like to get just a little richer breakfast, not just sweet food.
